Meet the Management Team


Bio

Karen is the founding member of Jobcontax and passionately drives the business, focusing on Employer relationships and most importantly, a systemised business approach to the business of top talent acquisition. A Civil Engineer by trade, Karen understands why knowledge of the project is so important to the recruiter. She enjoys meeting the Hiring Managers face to face, especially travelling overseas to meet prospective Employers and developing strategic partnerships with local recruiters. In her spare time Karen enjoys exploring the great outdoors with her family and going to gigs and concerts as often as possible.


Bio

Sheila is an experienced senior recruitment consultant and has been a key member of JobContax for over 10 years. Sheila believes that knowledge of the project and direct access to the Hiring Manager is the key to sucess in this business. She takes a hands on approach with the Jobseeker and prepares them so well for that crucial first interview, that her sucess rate is phenomenal. Her specialties include interview preparation, contract negotiations and talent acquisition. When not in the office, Sheila likes to spend her free time with family & friends, drinking good wines, travelling and generally enjoying all life has to offer.


Bio

Jing Jing is a graduate of Public Relations from the Beijing University. She has been an integral part of our development into the Chinese Market and manages our social networking and online presence in China. In her spare time Jing Jing loves to spend time with friends and travel around Ireland.
